Ideal for chilling. Ditch the vodka to concoct this trusty gin martini recipe in its truest form. Tweak the vermouth-to-gin ratio until you get a combo that’s not too wet, not too dry, but just right.

Here's what you'll need:
- 2 1/2 parts Seagram's Extra Dry Gin
- 1 part Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Lemons
- Martini glass
- Strainer
Step 1: Prep
Wash lemons. Use a vegetable peeler to create twists from the rinds.
Step 2: Mix
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Step 3: Serve
Squeeze oil from a lemon peel onto the drink. Garnish with a lemon twist.
