Ideal for hosting. By definition, the Negroni cocktail aperitif should be enjoyed before a meal to excite your appetite. And if you can roll with hints of bitter (Campari) and semi-sweet (Vermouth Rosso), you’ll be ready for dinner in no time.

Here's what you'll need:
- 1 1/2 parts Seagram's Extra Dry Gin
- 1 part Vermouth Rosso
- 3/4 part Campari
- Oranges
- Ice
- Rocks glass
Step 1: Prep
Wash fruit. Use a vegetable peeler to make orange peels out of the rinds.
Step 2: Mix
Pour ingredients into a chilled rocks glass over ice.
Step 3: Serve
Garnish with an orange peel.
